Offering both in-person and online counselling therapy. Traditional face-to-face appointments can be booked for attendance at my Owen Sound office.
Online counselling therapy provides the ease of attending sessions from your home or place of choice ~ no driving, no parking, less childcare, greater comfort and more anonymity. Online therapy also allows access to qualified care for those who may live rurally or who may not be able to leave their home. All that is needed is a computer and a strong internet connection.
You will receive the same caring and confidential therapy with either modality. Online therapy may provide less wasted time from your busy day. More affordable rates are possible by using a secure online telemedicine platform, rather than an office setting, for counselling therapy sessions.
